NOVO-OGAREVO, October 29. /TASS/. No plans are in place to introduce overwhelming restrictions in Russia due to the coronavirus pandemic, President Vladimir Putin says on Thursday.

“We do not plan to introduce restrictive measures across the board, launch the so-called ‘nation-wide lockdown,” when the economy, the business operation is actually halted completely,” the head of state says.
